Modern Living South of Ford Lake in Ypsilanti Township
Amberly Grove is a neighborhood of roughly 182 homes build from 1999 – 2002 located on the south side of Ford Lake in Ypsilanti Township off Merritt and Hitchingham Rd. Homes in Amberly Grove feature modern construction floor plans with layouts including colonials, ranches, and raised ranch styles homes. All the homes here have attached garages and many feature basements, spacious decks, fenced yards for pets and children, walk-in closets and generous master bedrooms. All in all, the neighborhood is one of the more desirable ones in Ypsi Twp., with proximity to Ann Arbor and Detroit due to its highway convenience.
Children attend Lincoln Schools here, with Eastern Michigan University, Washtenaw Community College and University of Michigan all within an easy commuting distance. One advantage to this part of town is that it is set away enough from downtown Ypsi and Ann Arbor to be quiet yet still close enough for all of the conveniences Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor have to offer. Neighborhood does have a homeowners association with a nominal annual fee (Approx $75/yr at the time of this writing) and homeowners associations restrictions or requirements may apply for things like fencing back yards here. At the time of this post, Pinnacle Management the management company for Amberly Grove’s homeowner association.
