Partridge Creek is a popular neighborhood on the south side of Ypsilanti Township just past the Whittaker and Textile intersection. Colonial and 1.5 story homes are most common although the neighborhood also has some ranches and raised ranch (split level) floor plans built in the 1990s by Pulte Construction Co.
Homes in Partridge Creek have been in particular demand this year, and last year having sold for about 6 or 7 days on average made them some of the fastest selling listings in town.
